We truly are living in bleak, delusional times when parents ecstatically offer up their children for child sacrifice, as I just learned a well-meaning old friend did with her 5-year-old at the earliest opportunity. She is an intelligent, rational, and loving psychotherapist, but even she has been inculcated into the mass psychosis.
It really isn't though. I knew Pfizer's top drug rep. She would take doctors out to dinner and then recommend they prescribe drugs - maybe one in a thousand would ask a question about safety and efficacy, the rest would just prescribe without thought.
Having been to some junior doctor parties in Oxford though, this is not surprising. I have never witnessed such carnal degeneracy at any kind of other party I have been to. And I have been to some EXTREME parties. These people are pretty sick.
