Crisis Update - Plague, War, Famine... Africa Next
As war in Ukraine runs its course, the chaos makers may be shifting their focus
Cascading crises may export conflict to another continent.
Weaponry sent to Ukraine may be supplied indirectly to rebel groups elsewhere.
The focus on Western dark networks out of Ukraine is a growing embarrassment.
Psychological strategy demands evermore rapid change of scene.
Enveloping Europe within NATO is one project among many, not ensured of success.
Globalists will play trade blocs against one another or junk the consumer entirely.
Threat of famine, and Pfizer’s offer of vaccines at cost, change the locus of action.
And once again we find Russians, competing for oil and influence in the Sahel region.

The headlines flash by. The crise du jour dominates conversation, pushing aside more pressing matters but none lasting long. In Davos bureaucrats try to keep the pandemic alive, saying Covid “is not done with us.” Moderna’s chief regrets he must toss 30 million unwanted doses — but he’s working on something for monkeypox.
The war reports have switched from Ukraine’s imminent victory to preparations to concede. Heinz Kissinger’s isn’t the only voice. Time magazine writes, “Ukraine Is in Worse Shape than You Think.” [1]
Ukrainian refugees are returning home, finding life in much of the country closer to normal. Those still abroad will notice that from Jun 1, their hosts are removing many benefits and expecting them to work, or leave. See Eurasia note #5 — War Grinds On.
Of the near $60 billion in aid pledged by the United States, only a fraction has gone to Ukraine. Most has been used to re-arm NATO and the U.S. military, using the war as a chance to update their weaponry, replacing the old stuff sent to Ukraine. Some of the weaponry was likely sold on the black market and will pop up in other conflicts.
Assorted spooks assure us that illness will defeat president Vladimir Putin even if they cannot. They say Sweden and Finland will join a reinvigorated NATO, ignoring the fact that its largest member, Turkey, may leave in disgust (though that’s hardly a new idea. The neocon American Enterprise Institute has argued since at least 2018 that Turkey does not belong in NATO.) [2]
All of which suggests the West might be done with Ukraine sooner than we think.
Biolabs and workshops
The country has been used as a potting shed for all kinds of nefarious projects. It has been the secluded workshop at the far end of the European garden, visited by Western intelligence, politicians, military, bankers, corporations and assorted oligarchs and gangsters.
This intrigue includes organ harvesting [3], people trafficking [4], sex and pornography [5], weapons sales [6], bank fraud [7] and a main line for narcotics. [8]
Russia’s invasion made it even more famous for its biolabs, throwing a spotlight on information that was already in the Western public domain, some on Hunter Biden’s laptop, and other in documents that Russian military claims to have found.
We may never know the half of it but the Western conspirators may wish to retrieve what tools they can from the shed and move on.

and Eurasia note #33 - Ukraine's Bio Labs The Next Douma?
CBS News visited Ukraine’s Virology Reference Laboratory in Kyiv, where the lab's chief researcher Dr Natalia Vidayko told a reporter “very high biological risk” pathogens had been destroyed in an autoclave on Ukrainian government orders. She dismissed Russian allegations of researchers targeting Russian people at the genetic level. [9]
