Conflicting messages: the media resounds to a discordant version of Richard Strauss's opening to 2001: A Space Odyssey.

Amid the low and penetrating C in the organ and contrabassoon, imagine someone wailing or blowing a raspberry. [1]

Those with a platform would have us accept these conflicting assertions as truth.

Elon Musk has again spoken of civilizational collapse; that East Asian nations in particular are facing extinction, the problem being falling fertility and too few births.

In the other corner the Rockefeller syndicate has worked for more than 100 years on depopulation, as we will show in the coming articles.

If you use historical perspective — viewing current strategies in the light of the previous evidence — you will see that these are complementary yet opposing categories of the mind. They affirm earlier myths in the name of dismissing today's.

Take Musk's view and reverse it:

Falling birth rates — not bombs or climate disasters — could spell the end of human civilisation, unless we expand beyond Earth.

Dynasties

Government as parent is not new, from the "father of the nation" to noblesse oblige, the institutional parent coordinates between dynasties and across centuries.

It treats the people as children to be pacified, or put to sleep, with a story. In recent decades the people have been prompted to act in particular directions. Governments have "nudge units" for this purpose.

If you wish to use crisis to alter the life of an entire people, would you exaggerate the noble lie? [2]

If you wished more vaccines (Gates Foundation's decade of vaccines) you might exaggerate pandemics.

To push Net Zero policies you might amplify, not reduce, the effect of climate change.

To justify depopulation you would overstate the human population.

Arc

Big papa government has no use for democracy. The question is whether it has much use for people.

That is the truth whispered off-stage by Musk and Yuval Harari.

In ancient civilisations parents had rights over their children to the extent of death. Some religions legitimised infanticide or sacrifice, for example to the Aztec creator god or Moloch. The Ottomans would exact a "blood levy" called devshirme, in which they would take children into the service of the state, converting and sometimes castrating them — and not only those destined for the harem.

In the Balkans in particular this produced a corps of janissaries and administrators considered more loyal to the sultan. The reader may see some parallels with today.

And yet in those cases the result was social cohesion. Today we are presented with entropy.

The purpose of forthcoming articles is to learn what has happened, what is happening now, and what may happen in the future.

Are there limits to the powers of modern government-as-parent? The Covid response suggests no.

And while we debate, we do so with one hand tied behind the back. The alleged irrelevance of experience, observation or life as lived.

We are battling the myth that cognitive function goes down with age. Latest research suggests the opposite: that wisdom is not just experience but more neurons that develop from a single population of stem cells, over an entire lifespan.

Yes, Mr 20-Something, grandma may be more intelligent. No, Miss Academic, the latest research is not necessarily the greatest.

After the "safe and effective" the stem cell industry has complained about the absence of stem cells in recovered placenta. [3]

This suggests that stupification is being democratised across generations.

What are we going to explore in this series?

There is tremulous research that suggests the world's population has been misrepresented and exaggerated over decades. Why would that be so?

You can’t question climate change or exaggerated temperature trajectories. At least in tame company.

We have a direct link between questions over the true Chinese population and the Rockefeller projects which helped establish communist China, and brought it into the world trade system, and developed the Population Council which led to China's one-child policy of 1979-2015.

The Rockefeller organisations are directly connected to China in personnel and policy.

We will share information on Chairman Mao's origins in the overseas school of Yale, how president Roosevelt abandoned China and provoked war with Japan; ousting China's original nationalists/revolutionaries and giving them Taiwan as a sop.

Was it a retreat or a lever and bargaining chip; another division to create a strategy of tension like East and West Germany, North Korea-South Korea; Britain-Northern Ireland; Sudan north and south; Serbia-Kosovo? Were these artificial constructs to drive populations to accept, by way of solution, a hegemonic presence?

As we'll see, this is a simplistic characterisation of the process of divide and conquer.

In reality the manipulation goes much deeper and encompasses many fields of human endeavour. This is only visible in its contrast, or photographic negative.

Nation state as unit of control versus the population gathered in its laager, from the Dutch settlers in old world South Africa to the more ancient Chinese circular homes or "tulou."

Citizenship as land of my birth, as opposed to a privilege bestowed by the leader.

Enemies

Property in its highest order is the integrity of the body for if you do not own that, you control nothing.

Homeland security is a non-sequitur since if you have birthright and bodily integrity then no-one can infringe on your home or land except by force of arms.

Delegating those rights to a "department" — whatever that may be — is to surrender everything to the theme of these articles: big papa government.

Everything follows, including the aforementioned "crises."

You may ignore whether these crises are real or serve as pretexts for higher motives; whether they are coordinated, by which perpetrator or syndicate.

You need not wade into the reeds of conspiracy or swamp.

You are freed from the task of closing the circle. It has been closed already; the origins and objectives are exposed by the outcome — by their fruits ye shall know them!

In other words, dear reader, esteemed subscriber, you already have the answer in the result. My role is not to supplant your understanding nor rival your analysis but to add a voice. But to which chorus?

The role of Greek chorus was to warn the leading character, not to cheer him on. The United Nations-Coca-Cola version of "the world will sing as one" is an inversion of the role of chorus.

Chorus is precisely to warn against the dominant consensus on truth that is driving society onto the rocks.
