This past week we have heard that the CIA offered to pay analysts to change their conclusion that SARS-CoV-2 originated in a Chinese laboratory.
At about the same time Dr Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) from 1984 to 2022, was smuggled into the CIA’s HQ to convince analysts that Covid really did jump from animals to humans, a rare phenomenon called zoonosis.
We have seen how the government manipulated the media during the Covid response and we have learned to take whistleblowers with a grain of salt. Just as we do the name of that CIA building: The George Bush Center of Intelligence.
Jeffrey Tucker at the Brownstone Institute reveals the coincidence when Fauci visited the CIA in Feb 2020 and then reversed his views: switching his tone from “do not yield to unreasonable fear” — to pushing social distancing, school closure, teleworking and lockdowns. [1]
Tucker concludes that Fauci was merely a front for deeper interests represented by the CIA. That is the line we have taken here, and it is supported by researchers Katherine Watt, Sasha Latypova, David Martin and prof Michel Chossudovsky who have traced the planning and development of the Covid shots to the Pentagon.
Depopulation is a matter of National Security, as per Study Memorandum 200, also known as the Kissinger Report.
The lab leak theory is itself a matryoshka, a Russian nesting doll covering another narrative involving bats and pangolins, and flapping fish in a Chinese wet market.
When Fauci visited the CIA he was not receiving orders; he was co-ordinating with the other conspirators.
They did not persuade him of the need for a lockdown. That had been the plan all along. The phrase comes from prison slang but it traces its origin, as a tactic to push the public to accept authoritarian government, to the Rockefeller Lock Step document of 2010 and back through the Rockefellers’ use of Orson Welles’ Martian invasion broadcast of 1938 to study compliance, back through the Enclosures and Clearances, past Jeremy Bentham’s 18th century Panopticon, to the earlier land grabs, and the murder of monks and Dissolution of the Monasteries, and every expropriation by one tribe of another.
Tusko
Before there was Dr Anthony Fauci, there was Dr Louis Jolyon “Jolly” West. Both worked on experimental drugs, and both worked with the Central Intelligence Agency. Both served higher powers outside and above the federal government.
In each case the projects metastasised, taking on a life of their own.
A former CIA employee and one of few known functionaries of the MK-Ultra program, in 1954 West became at the age of 29 and with no tenure-track appointment, a full professor and chair of psychiatry at the University of Oklahoma.
Some years later he decided he would publicly test a shot of LSD on a 10 year-old elephant, and killed him.
West committed grave ethical errors, ran a poorly executed test, subjected an animal to undue risk, failed to keep adequate records and had a conflict of interest. [2]
Tusko the elephant, of Oklahoma zoo, was injected with LSD in August 1962.
Actually, there was very little science at all. West knew little about LSD, nothing about elephants, got the dose massively wrong, and compounded the mistake by giving Tusko multiple injections of stimulants and tranquillisers.
West was, arguably, underqualified but willing to take risks — which is similar to comments that have been made about Anthony Fauci by Dr Kary Mullis: “He doesn’t know anything, really, about anything… He should not be in the position he’s in.”
MK-Ultra was a project to modify behaviour - individual and en masse. It began with brainwashing, expanded to medical torture, sensory deprivation and sensory overload (“psychic driving”) tried to create mind-controlled slaves, researched the control of cults, dosed people with LSD without their consent, used the public as unwitting test subjects, and perhaps created the drug-fuelled Summer of Love to undermine opposition to the Vietnam war, as MK-Ultra spilled over into manipulation of the public and the media.
It began, supposedly, as a response to Korean claims in 1952 that American airmen had admitted spraying the country with pesticides and defoliants, as the U.S. would do to Vietnam 20 years later.
They must have been brainwashed, the Pentagon said, and the CIA would jolly well prove it.
It shows how an immoral policy — whether forced vaccination or depopulation — is always founded on a lie, or at least exaggeration. Or to put it another way, one cannot build evil upon truth.
The term “brainwashing” was coined by an OSS and later CIA agent Edward Hunter (1902–1978), whose cover was as a newspaper reporter. He pushed the idea of brainwashing in books like “Brain-Washing in Red China” (1951). The CIA crudely simplified the idea of totalitarian influence, but having invented a pretext for the study, went on to pursue just that: mass formation. [3]
The CIA’s chief of operations in the planning division, Richard Helms, convinced the agency director in the 1950s, Allen Dulles, that mind control was the future of warfare.
The concept of cults was fashionable at the time, and Dulles told a Princeton audience that Communist spies would control the American mind like “a phonograph playing a disc put on its spindle by an outside genius.”
As Bluebird morphed into MK-Ultra, almost 150 sub-projects were launched through front companies and conducted by universities and research institutes, hospitals, prisons and military bases, many of them abroad.
There is an uncanny resemblance to U.S. Deputy Secretary of State Victoria Nuland’s admission that the U.S. has a network of biolabs around the world, including in Ukraine.

Now the military and its big tech creation is aligning with the World Health Organisation and the limpet of the World Economic Forum stuck on the UN, in order to ban any criticism of the globalist syndicate. Support independent journalism!
Though most records of the project were destroyed in 1973, the names of those involved reveal its scale: it was led in the U.S. by the CIA’s top chemist Dr. Sidney Gottlieb, nicknamed the “black sorcerer”; and in Canada by professor Dr. Donald Ewen Cameron, president of the American, Canadian and World psychiatric associations; and was promoted publicly by Aldous Huxley, who predicted that drugs would make people “love their servitude.” There is evidence in Huxley’s letters that he knew Jolyon West, and may have been been an intermediary between London’s Tavistock Institute, the CIA and West. [4]
Canadian families are currently trying to sue the U.S. and Canadian governments, McGill University, which had a psychiatric hospital, and Montreal’s Royal Victoria Hospital in a class action lawsuit. The U.S. government is claiming sovereign immunity. The class-action suit could be joined by 300 families. [5]
It was not a one-off. MK-Ultra was preceded by Project Bluebird and Project Artichoke. Should we believe assurances that it ended?
