Eurasia note #31 - Heart With Ukraine, Head With Russia
We must understand what Russia is doing and where it fits in the globalist agenda
Evacuation corridors in four Ukrainian cities “disrupted.”
Negotiators meet for a third round, fail to meet expectations.
Foreign ministers of Russia, Ukraine to meet at Turkish forum.
Passports, Covid revelations, media payoff means war serves to distract.
Failure to support Minsk agreement remains central reason for conflict.
NATO siren call and missile mongering remains secondary impetus.
Intriguing for a new order continues, behind a pagan pantomime.
War fever and side-taking misses the bigger globalist picture.

The problem with observing the Russia-Ukraine-U.S. conflict is that it is contaminated with partisan rhetoric.
Many readers (though not here, I hope) reactively demand to know, “which side are you on.” This defeats analysis of where president Vladimir Putin stands on the globalist spectrum, or pointing out the corruption of Ukraine’s economy that exceeds anything to be found on most continents, which is taken as evidence of bias.
If you have lived for five years — not a pampered diplomatic or military tour of three — but as a commercial operative exposed to the life that the locals live in a country of the former Soviet Union you will have an unparalleled advantage.
You can, from experience, identify the clash between what politicians say and do. Cow patties do not Frisbee. Destruction of East European life does not justify R2P or other euphemisms of the Beltway.
Those who have lived daily with corrupt police and mafia, know what it costs in stolen income, years, and lost opportunity.
The comfortable would-be radicals of London and New York inhabit a different world. It is not a cheap shot. European politicians have disgraced themselves. For a moment it looked like France and Germany might take ownership of the continent’s destiny (at least the north-western half). Yet again they caved to the Yanks.
European Union president Ursula von der Leyen or EU foreign representative Josep Borell whip up the crowd. The proud aristocrat of slave-owning heritage and the demagogue Catalan who repeatedly said “all options” remained on the table, who made NATO headboy Jens Stoltenberg look masterful when he flew to Poland to say “nie.”
What has allowed a gaggle of politicians whose limit is the town hall to play at the controls of nations: collective responsibility that shields politicians from being held accountable; the party system; or the control of policy by shadowy tax-exempt foundations whose deep pockets and influence put government departments to shame?
War is a time when demagogues and psychopaths come to the fore; when “leading beyond authority” becomes ignorance of one’s own limits.
See Moneycircus, Feb 13, 2022 — Eurasia note #21 - UK Foreign Flub: Diplomatic trek to Moscow fails to build understanding on Ukraine
On Sunday began the attempted evacuation of four cities. Russia and Ukraine announced a ceasefire from 10 o’clock in the morning, with special focus on the capital, and those cities under assault.
It seems Russia controls 50-70 per cent of the northern and eastern territory of Ukraine but continued resistance meant the plan to extract citizens from Kiev, Kharkov, Sumy and Mariupol was hindered by fire fights.
In the third round of negotiations in Brest, Belarus, the Ukrainian side refused to make any commitments, according to the Russians, and took proposals away to study. State Duma committee chairman Leonid Slutsky said these included “political aspects, denazification, the Russian language and, naturally, everything related with the neutral status and demilitarization.”
UK and U.S. media largely ignore Donbas, preferring to focus on Kyiv and Kharkiv — why? Because that avoids the cause of the conflict: Putin is simply “mad.” Instead they create fairy tales where the “good princess” wins; transbending the facts to fit narrative. It is literally the opposite of the way journalism is supposed to work.
Russia admits to 300 losses, Ukraine says it has killed 11,000 Russain troops.
The Western media plays a game with Ukrainian lives, on the one hand claiming that Russia is indiscriminately bombing civilians, while saying that Ukraine has suffered a mere scratch in terms of deaths.
Ukrainian losses are 400, according to the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, and somewhere from 800 to 1,200 dead by other estimates.
From other parts of the country emerged grim news that thugs are taking control. President Volodymyr Zelenskiy last week freed criminals and gave them weapons. Meanwhile the Waffen SS-venerating militia operates as a parallel government — in some cases as judge and executioner.
The mayor of the city of Kreminna in Lugansk, Vlodymyr Struk, was shot dead on Mar 1; a claimed Russian-friendly Ukrainian lawmaker was detained by Ukrainian soldiers after they said he was taking pictures of a military checkpoint in Kyiv, on Mar 4; Ukraine’s Defense Ministry on Saturday confirmed the killing on Mar 6 of Denis Kireev, a member of the team negotiating with Russia to reach a diplomatic settlement.
Video evidence emerged of Ukrainian Nazis torturing Ukrainian mixed martial arts fighter Maxim Ryndovskiy who trained with the Chechen MMA club Ahmat. He was captured in Kiev and is accused of supporting the Russians.
Zero tolerance for dissent is normal in Ukraine. In Jan 2022, A Kyiv court extended the house arrest of Kremlin-friendly tycoon and politician Viktor Medvedchuk, under suspicion of treason.
What settlement can there be in Ukraine if first it must be approved by the fascists?
Now we feel the chill finger across all our necks. If Ukraine is not the living torture of good by evil I don’t know what is.
At the same time we must use or heads to understand what Russia is doing and where it fits in the very real agendas that are being rolled out.
This is not following a random path. Until you realize this is also a staged event — a script overlaying real grieveances, lives and deaths — you will not comprehend the perpetrators.
So why are your family and friends so agitated? First of all, because the Ukraine narrative builds on the mass formation during Event Covid. The Belgian professor Matthias Desmet exposed his psychologist colleagues’ complicity in shaping the public mind.

Now we see that the war fits perfectly, like a glove, upon the previous narrative of invisible enemy, either pathogen or omnipresent terrorist.
Lots of psychological analysis went into the capture of the public mind by the dumb phone. The press may dress up the achievements of government’s heroic manipulators but their intent is more per: the salvation of humanity, of the ignorant exhalers of carbon from themselves.
The first geopolitical impact of smart devices was said to have been the Arab Spring of 2011. It was branded a Twitter revolution by the intel-controlled Western media. That was mostly Astroturfing, to give the impression of grassroots protest, when from Egypt to Libya, the leaders were being changed to the preferences of the West, as in Ukraine some years later.
Think tankers and strategists tell us they're clever: “As an analyst of what’s happening in Ukraine at the moment, I’m getting 95 percent of my information from Twitter,” an analyst from the Royal United Services Institute, which influences military policy, told Wired.
There you have it. The ignorant filter bubble of the bureaucracy: tell us what we want to hear.
Coming months will be hard. The empathic hoard may be drawn into the self-destructive flux of the vaccine imbibers and pushers. We shall be made to pay by emotional projection on a material and psychological level.
Be ready not to crumble for it will be harsh, a tsunami of the compromised parading as the righteous. If you find religion, you wear the strongest armour, otherwise make your own, so that you can stand your ground against the powers of this dark world.
The price shall be paid. It is being paid. They laid the tracks; the trams cannot deviate. We must understand the world the technocrats are trying to create and recognize the terminus.
