German economy on the brink

Only when the pain hits close to home will the penny drop. In Germany it is beginning to happen. Industry is abandoning the country more quickly than expected. Last year chemicals giant BASF said it would move production to China. Now one-in-six firms is relocating, at least partly.

The main cause is uncompetitive electricity prices — a direct result of Green policies, above all the failure to build energy capacity to replace the closure of coal, oil-fired and nuclear plants.

Green leader and economics minister Robert Habeck denies deindustrialization is happening; he calls it a catchphrase.

Steelworkers this week demanded he explain how their industry will shift to towards carbon-free production. Since steel is an alloy that’s made by mixing iron and carbon together their question reveals his deeper mendacity.

The government’s answer is subsidies but that is just buying time. Thyssenkrupp is threatening to cancel plans for a low carbon plant unless talks on a 2 billion euros ($2.17 billion) grant speed up. Twelve thousand steel workers protested on Wednesday at its Duisberg headquarters.

The Federation of German Industries (BDI) says 16 per cent of companies have moved some of their production abroad and another 30 per cent are considering doing so. These are not footloose multinationals. This is the Mittelstand, the mid-sized, family-owned companies that form the nation’s bedrock.

Alastair Crooke, a former British ambassador and director of the Conflicts Forum, says Greens (as he calls Woke transhuman globalists — let’s call them Wokalists) have penetrated government, academia and the press. They control Brussels, and the European Union in turn funds much of the media as subscribers desert.

The majority of the population does not support Wokalists. Crooke says one-in-five Germans would vote for the AFD. Trust in government has collapsed.

Censorship, replacement and depopulation is the answer from those who squat in the bureaucracy (they are not an elite, they are squatters). They know they lack support and that opposition is growing. Unfortunately they got the retaliation in first.

Censorship

United Nations sec-gen General António Guterres this week called for global censorship, controlled by the UN. He Tweeted:

“The proliferation of hate & lies in the digital space is causing grave global harm. This clear & present global threat demands clear and coordinated global action. We don’t have a moment to lose.”

Hate, which is predicated upon anti-semitism or trans or another “protected class,” is to be used to seize control of the Internet and impose global censorship. That is what you call a pretext.

You might ask why do we have protected classes — why not everyone? The real answer is that Communitarianism, which is one of the theories underpinning the Wokalist Green/UN Agenda, replaces inalienable rights with conditional rights. [1]

The excuse always is “equity” or “justice.” In practice, minorities will be “clashed” against each other until nobody has any rights.

Guterres proposed a “Global Digital Compact,” to enforce broad brush, international laws against “hate and lies” online. He cited another UN paper, “Information and Integrity on Digital Platforms,” which he said would be used as a guide to coordinate global efforts against “hate.”

A real-time example of censorship: Radio New Zealand placed on leave and investigated a producer for adding context to a Reuters wire story about the war in Ukraine. His boss called it “Russian garbage.”

Russians, you see, are not currently a protected class.

Replacement

What is transhumanism but the replacement of humanity? The acolytes who carry water for the New Order speak profusely about chips in the brain, and the merging of physical, biological and digital identity as a qualification for participating in their big society.

The great replacement is only controversial if you use the phrase in the context of migration. One of the principles of the New Order is a borderless world and the end of nation states. Anyone who examines what’s happening on the U.S. southern border would conclude that project is already underway.

From New York to Dublin, hotels are filled with 16-25 year-old men. This map from the Daily Mail shows the accommodation of migrants in “these fine hotels,” as CNN used to say in its jingle. [2]

You may not like the Daily Mail [don’t worry, it’s just the dialectic: the Mail is allowed to pander to the “bigots” with stories at which the more polite broadsheets sniff]. As evidence, the Mail has just hired former UK prime minister Boris Johnson so that he can pay cash for a £3.8m moated mansion in Oxfordshire.

The UK prime minster’s salary is £164,080. Johnson was PM for 3 years and 44 days. Before becoming PM, Johnson was a journalist. His job was to preside over depopulation. His father, Stanley, is a long term Rockefeller employee. Stanley had six children. Boris has seven.
